All hours will be entered into HelpCounter, the volunteer database, by the school office. Allow 7-14 days from date of submission or event for hours to appear in your account.
Make sure your hours are accounted for by doing the following:
On campus volunteers.... sign in on the front office computer.
Attend a PTO meeting, PTO event, Spirit Night, Field trip, etc. - sign the designated sign-in sheet or scan QR code
Teacher conferences, projects completed at home, and classroom support will be submitted by the teacher.
To view your hours log into School Volunteer Manager. Each parent will log into their own account, using their email address on file to view the hours that have been recorded for that individual. To calculate your family’s total you will combine the hours recorded for each parent.
