The Human Resources Department has the dual role of providing customer service to all employees at the Town of Oakland as well as serving as a strategic HR business partner to the Town Manager and the Senior Management Team.

Human Resources also drives the recruiting process which includes hiring and retaining a highly qualified and diverse workforce.
