The Human Resources Department has the dual role of providing customer service to all employees at the Town of Oakland as well as serving as a strategic HR business partner to the Town Manager and the Senior Management Team.
Human Resources also drives the recruiting process which includes hiring and retaining a highly qualified and diverse workforce. The Town only accepts applications for open and advertised positions. Resumes will be accepted but not in lieu of the Town’s application. An incomplete application may be rejected.
Copies of licenses, degrees, or transcripts, and certifications according to the minimum qualifications for the position, and any other documents related to applying for employment may be uploaded and attached or emailed to hr@oaklandfl.gov
