New Utility Service

If you have purchased a home in the Town of Oakland: We will need a water application filled out, along with required supporting documentation. You may fill out our water application by clicking below,

You will be required to provide the following documents either in person at Town Hall or by email at utilitybilling@oaklandfl.gov before service can be put in your name:

  • A color copy/picture of your ID matching the name on the warranty deed/ signed settlement statement
  • For business names, you will need to provide proof of ownership of the business
  • One of the following: 1) The warranty deed or 2) The settlement statement signed by both parties(seller/buyer).

Once you have completed the application, you must call the utility department at 407-656-1117 ext. 2100 to finalize the application process.

 

If you are renting/leasing a home in the Town of Oakland: We will need a water application filled out, along with required supporting documentation. You may fill out our water application by clicking below,

You will be required to provide the following documents either in person at Town Hall or by email at utilitybilling@oaklandfl.gov before service can be put in your name:

  • A color copy/picture of your ID matching the name on the rental/lease agreement
  • A rental/lease agreement signed by both parties(landlord/tenant)

Once you have completed the application, you must call the utility department at 407-656-1117 ext. 2100 to finalize the application process.

 

If you need a Hydrant meter rental for use in the Town of Oakland ONLY: You will be required to fill out our Hydrant/Construction Meter Request Form by clicking on the link below.

Once you have filled out the application, you may email it to utilitybilling@oaklandfl.gov

You must then call the utility department at 407-656-1117 to finalize the application process.

*A deposit of $2000.00 will be required before a meter can be released for rent.
