The Center provides space for art and heritage displays, along with a central location for health and wellness programs. The Healthy West Orange Arts and Heritage Center is committed to preserving Oakland’s past, present and future. Additionally, there are outdoor spaces for rest and enjoyment, an herb garden, outdoor public restrooms, and an outdoor concession area for ice cream, snacks and beverages, called Oakland General.
