In order to facilitate connecting the new roundabout to Oakland Avenue, a temporary full road closure is warranted this weekend. Oakland Avenue, between the intersection of JW Jones Road and Countyline Court will be closed to thru traffic from 7:00 pm Friday, June 2nd to 7:00 am Monday, June 5th. On Monday, some flagging of traffic may be necessary to complete the work. Detour signage has already been put into place to give advanced warning to motorists.
