Simply go to https://oaklandfl.authoritypay.com and click on SET UP ONLINE ACCESS. You will be prompted to enter your account number and the CID (both found on your postcard water bill), your email and a password. Once you set up your online account, you will be able to View and Print your Bill, View your History and Usage, and Pay your Bill online. Service fee will apply.
