Town of Oakland Charter Review Committee
The Town of Oakland Charter states that “a) At least every ten (10) years, the Commission shall appoint and fund a Charter Revision Committee and b) The Committee shall consist of five (5) persons. Each Commission member shall make one (1) appointment.”
The town residents who have been appointed to serve on the Charter Review Committee are as follows:
Kevin Cox, Kurt Gies, Andrea Huneycutt, Sal Marullo, and Yumeko Motley
The Charter Review Committee has started meeting to discuss potential Charter Review amendments. Meetings will be on the website calendar and in the agenda center.
