A section of Oakland Avenue (SR 438), just west of the Tildenville School Road intersection has been opened for traffic as of August 1st. However, there will be times that the road will be subject to lane closures, with only one lane open to complete improvements. Traffic will be allowed to travel both eastbound and westbound, but expect delays as only one direction will be permitted through the construction zone at a time. This lane closure period is expected to last until September 30th, 2025.
