As you turn your clocks back, make sure to check your irrigation schedule as well. The end of Daylight Savings Time means changes in the watering restrictions for areas in the St. Johns River Water Management District. Beginning Sunday, November 1, 2025, mandatory restrictions specify the time when watering may occur.
The watering schedule is as follows:
Houses with ODD numbered or no addresses: Saturday
Houses with EVEN numbered addresses: Sunday
Nonresidential Properties: Tuesday
These restrictions are in place until March 8, 2026. Water only when needed and not between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, with each zone running for no longer than one hour. The restrictions apply to private wells and pumps, ground or surface water and water from public and private utilities.
